The Partners shall have right to impose a restriction in connection with the representation of a firm by an agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained in such conditional
(restriction) agreement, if the third party does not know the matter of such restriction, an act done by every partner for carrying out the business of the firm shall bind the firm.
